https://lando.services.mozilla.com/D26283/ shows a failed rebase of test files that are text-like but deliberately contain byte sequences that are not valid UTF-8. Autoland should handle these, especially in file removals.

This looks like a dupe of Bug 1541181 (Upstream mercurial bug). Until upstream is fixed (and to prevent future cases like this) we'll probably implement Bug 1541190.
