Based on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1528153

  1. When user only changes 'Home' to another custom url (e.g. https://mobile.firefoxchina.cn/?ios, https://m.baidu.com, ...),
    set 'New Tab' to that custom url as well.

I think this could be a popup asking the user if they want to change the other custom URL also.
