On occasion, I've opened a new tab in the background by clicking a link.  For
whatever reason, the page load times out and I get notified.  If I then go to
the tab, the URL box reads about:blank and the tab contents are empty.  There is
no way to "reload" to make it try again, or to even know what URL it was trying
to load.  If you're middle-clicking lots of links, its easy to forget.
