Details
UI polish: hide "View | Show / Hide | Search Bar" in stand alone msg window,
as there is no search bar in the stand alone msg window.

the fix for this will be to add these lines to HideMenus() in messageWindow.js:
+ var searchbar_menuitem=document.getElementById('menu_showSearchToolbar');
+ if (searchbar_menuitem)
+ searchbar_menuitem.setAttribute("hidden", "true");
