Apple's home page has 4 graphics which are loaded between a pair of <td> and </
td> tags in a single row, single cell table.

The top left element consistently does not load, with only the name of the
graphic (linked as a URL) being displayed on screen. Repeatedly refreshing the
page will eventually result in the image loading. This has been a problem at
least since Milestone 9 and is still showing up in Milestone 11 builds (build
1999092908 still exhibits this problem).

I get the same on the 11/06 Windows Build. At http://www.uniteunion.org only
one image loads. All images within <td> and </td> tags do not load. Repeatedly
refreshing the page doesn't seem to work.

Hi Necko Guys.
I think this is a necko problem. at least the bug on
http://www.uniteunion.org

When I try to view one of this images by accessing it
directly:
            http://www.uniteunion.org/images/mainlogo.gif
I see an http error message:
"HTTP/1.0 406 No acceptable objects were found"

When I do this with 4.61, I have no trouble accessing the image.

----------------------------------------------
As for the bug on the apple site, I can view the images
individually fine:
http://www.apple.com/home/images/topimage/topleftimacbb100599.jpg

so the problem probably has to do with the table code.....

Looks like this may have morphed into 2 bugs:
1. Sounds like a potential table problem with the apple site.
2. 406 error for uniteunion.org

I don't see the first one on Windows, so maybe it's mac-specific (or fixed).
Jud, can you investigate the second. Maybe it's related to the etrade bug you
were tracking down today.
two bugs:
1. mac only (I too am ok loading apple on windows). Apparently table images are
not being loaded (not sure who this should go to; someone w/ a mac in table
land?)
2. uniteunion.org server doesn't like the lower case accept: header (note it's
ok w/ the "*/*" value). it doesn't like the lower case. This is now bug 20814.
Not related to etrade bug.
Apple.com loads fine for me on Mac.
Moving what's not done for M12 to M13.
Bulk move of all Necko (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking

component.
