User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:66.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/66.0
Steps to reproduce:
Simple copy/paste of HTML from firefox to a Libreoffice large document. I can't share the document. Lots of pictures, spreadsheets etc. I can;t share the document.
Actual results:
I'm using Libreoffice 3.5.4.2 and I have a large .odt document of 30.9 MB.
I can't paste HTML into Libreoffice without Libreoffice hanging immediately.
LibreOffice not responding.
I can't even paste a URL from an address bar in Firefox. e.g. https://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox Created by accessing my gmail inbox. Just copying stuff like numbers from websites also do it. Works in smaller documents.
I've increase the memory available to Libreoffce to the max. 256 MB.
You have to do a Force Quit and recover the documents.
I can pre-process the insertion by copying into gedit and then copying from gedit and pasting into the document.
I'm using Linux 12.04 LTS.
I tried copying the same URL from Vivaldi 1.9.818.50 (Stable channel) (64-bit) and it worked fine.
Expected results:
Copy/paste should work.

LibreOffice generally gets very slow upon paste when the document gets long and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS is no longer supported, but it could be worthwhile to look into making sure that copying plain text only exports plain text to the clipboard and doesn't export HTML.
