The other bug was simplified to use hardcoded heuristics instead of a more general collapsible section / component that the server can specify via json.

Hopefully by the time this needs to be done, there is no distinction between activity stream and discovery stream and just a single new tab page, so all the collapsible sections (whether local or server defined) should end up using the new styles.

We've solved for this in a few different ways since. Closing this bug. We'll make a new one if we need something else/like this in the future. \o/
