Closing Firefox should ask about "Show my windows and tabs from last time"

When closing Firefox, it shows a warning about closing all tabs.
One of the choices should be "Show my windows and tabs from last time". This would set the preference, so users don't have to dig for it, and then close Firefox.

Yes, see bug 1438499 comment 46 which is explicitly about having a one-time (ie non-permanent, you'd be asked again next time you quit) "save and quit" option like what existed before with the showQuitWarning about:config switch, and bug 1510557 for allowing people to easily turn on session restore permanently from this dialog (it's unclear to me which of these 2 things comment #0 asks for, but either way it's covered). I'll dupe to bug 1510557 - having a one-time save option is WONTFIX per the referenced bug comment from Markus.
