Steps to reproduce:

After upgrade to 16, trying to access local cameras :

• all cameras ip are 192.168.x.y no https (it is a closed lan)
• login is asked multiple times (infinite loop for Zavio camera, 3/4 times for Axis)

Actual results:

With the Zavio camera, infinite loop on password request even if I ask to cancel the request
With Axis camera, some models asks for user/password multiple times despite being registered, some others (including a M1054 which is a recent model) do not display video stream nor even the full static web page content

Expected results:

Before today and V16, all cameras displays the web page as expected including the video stream. Each camera requested a password that was pre-filled and I just had to click Ok 1 time to login. I always refused to store the password in keychain when proposed, It was just stored in Firefox.

I tried Safari that works normally, restarted Firefox multiple times without success. I always prefered to use Firefox because Safari do not store password on 192.168...
