Steps to reproduce:
If you are not signed-in to instagram, and you are on any instagram page (for example https://www.instagram.com/mozilla/ ) there is a banner at the bottom. When I try to close the banner by tapping on the X button/icon, 99% of the time, it does not work... Trying it in Chrome, I have no such problem.
Screenshot attached, I put a blue arrow pointing to it. Please fix this, it's driving me nuts and I'm sure it's not specific to this instagram banner

This should be fixed in Firefox 68.

This will not fixed by bug 1516963, but there's a workaround in bug 1542381 comment 2.
