15444 - crasher in "New Messenger Account Wizard"

I'm not sure who to assign this bug to or if I have selected the right component.
Please adjust as necessary.

I started Messenger with a clean mozilla registry file (hadn't set up mail
prefs).  When I did that I was prompted with the "New Messenger Account Wizard."
I filled in the first screen and then was prompted for my "incoming server."
Because I can't change it to the appropriate type (IMAP), I didn't fill in the
server name.  I entered "nsmail-2.mcom.com." as my outgoing smtp server since I
needed to be able to send mail.

When I then clicked Next I crashed.  Part of the stack crawl is the destructors
for nsMacWindow, nsChildWindow, and nsWindow.  This may be a duplicate of the
widget bug on mac (does it exist?) since on a second try of the wizard, I didn't
touch the drop down list (combobox?) for server type and I was able to proceed
without a crash.

The part of being unable to change to IMAP and crashing attempting to do and
then clicking Finish is bug 14398 which was marked a dup of bug 14146
