User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:66.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/66.0
Steps to reproduce:
INFO: Linux version 4.19.32-1-MANJARO (XFCE v18.0.4)(builduser@development) (gcc version 8.2.1 20181127 (GCC)) #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Mar 27 18:55:07 UTC 2019
1: Checked to see if Firefox is supporting all emojis as they should be displayed on multiple sites. Especially on https://www.emojicopy.com/ (Native).
2: Installed (via pacman) all the supported emoji fonts listed at the ArchWiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/fonts#Emoji_and_symbols
3:Tried to set default font to Noto Sans Emoji but that didn't solve my problem in Firefox but that solved the issue in Chromium.
4: Tried resetting firefox multiple times but could not solve the issue.
Actual results:
Some emojis are displayed as colored and some are just displayed as black and white. Most of the emojis are colored except some face and animal emojis.
Expected results:
All emojis should have been seen as colored.

Issue solved. Steps I did to resolve this issue is as followed.
- Reinstalled Manjaro Linux XFCE.
- Witnessed the same issue as I've reported above.
- Made sure no other emoji fonts are installed in the Linux OS.
- Installed ttf-twemoji via Pacman AUR (Arch: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ttf-twemoji/)
- SOLVED! https://i.imgur.com/EMWnQJf.jpg
Misc: Completely ignored the post install instructions about using commands if you don't use other emoji font or you do etc. (I tried those commands later, but they created the same issue again.) Then I deleted the 75 twemoji .conf file from front folder. So no need to follow the post install instructions as stated in Pacman output (Details) window.

I found the real problem here. Whenever TTF-Dejavu fonts and TTF-Symbola fonts are installed in the Linux system. They conflict with the emoji font you've installed on your system and causes some emojis to be displayed as monochrome. Make sure you only have 1 emoji font installed in your Linux OS (Especially Manjaro) and uninstall Dejavu and Symbola fonts.
