Initially, the "flyout" toggle was supposed to be displayed on the first video observed by a user following a rather sophisticated schedule - see bug 1543119.
Having spoken with Product, we've decided to simplify this a little, and show the flyout when the user is hovering the toggle. We'd like to gather feedback on this from our user base.

We'd like to gather feedback on this from our user base.
Where are you collecting feedback on this right now?
I absolutely love the PiP functionality but the flyout icon that appears on all kinds of things now just because I happen mouse over it is a bit distracting. I personally would like to move this into the context menu or even the location bar but this would likely hurt the discoverability. So I would be interested in looking at other options/suggestions.
