We should set up a new preset for devtools tests, in order to run them on try.
The setup was already done here (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1539530) for netmonitor tests.
The preset would allow us to run devtools tests on try using ./mach try --preset devtools.

Hi @Honza,
I have added a fuzzy search for devtools which searches for source-test-node-devtools-tests containing the netmonitor node tests. (Try link)
The other queries have been kept the same as from the debugger preset.
Please review.
