STR:

1. Ensure that Picture-in-Picture is enabled (set media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.video-toggle.enabled and media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.enabled to true)

2. Visit the testcase in this bug

3. Hover either video. Note that the toggle appears and becomes fully opaque when the toggles are hovered.

ER:

The toggles should cause us to enter Picture-in-Picture when clicked.

AR:

Nothing occurs on click.

On Windows this actually works for me, in both videos...
