1545359 - Update nsIFocusManager.idl's documentation to indicate `focusedElement` can be an anonymous element

E.g. for <input type="number>, after focusing it, focusedElement is the anonymous <input type="text"> descendant of it. The documentation in nsIFocusManager.idl needs to be updated to reflect this.
