User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0
Steps to reproduce:
I use linux with latest nightly with a nvidia card.
- Enable webrender in about:config
- Go to site https://agc002.contest.atcoder.jp/submissions/5013457
- When first loaded the site looks correct, but if we scroll the code the text will be visible outside the box too, which is not the case in chrome and in latest nightly without webrender. Also an interesting thing is that this glitch will stay for a while but then disappear. In approximately 15 seconds according to my experiments, but there's a catch if I switch to another tab and then switch back I can reset the timer. So if I do the glitch with scrolling and then I switch to another tab after 7 seconds, and immediately switch back then stay here it'll disappear after 22 seconds in total.

Almost certainly a dupe of Bug 1544895, but I'll leave this open until the nightly with that fix lands.
