Bug 1518632 added chrome://browser/content/newInstallPage.html

In the right column, there is the sentence: "By proceeding, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice."

"Terms of Service" and "Privacy Notice" are not styled as links. If one moves the mouse over it, they get underlined. For touch users, there is no indicator.

They are gray and not blue due to https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/a5ab8fa035ce#l27.79

The colour is intentional, the missing underline is not. Looks like this is caused by https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/shared/in-content/common.inc.css#500. Not entirely sure why that is there. Seems like an easy fix though.
