Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox Nightly
- Open about:preferences#search
- Click the "Find more search engines" link
- Add a few search engines to Firefox, make sure that the scrollbar is displayed in search engines list
- Double click the Keyword section from One Click Search Engines list
Expected result
- Text input field is displayed without issues
Actual result
- The Keyword input field is overlapping the scrollbar

Regression window
I'll update this with regression range ASAP, it's not a recent regression, as it's reproducing on Release 66 also
