Steps to reproduce:

  1. ) Startup Firefox.
  2. ) Watch theme load piece at a time.
    As seen in this reddit post:
    https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/bfbnrr/have_you_noticed_this_lag_in_loading_the_theme/

Actual results:

1.) Them runs piece at a time slowly loading enough to notice.

Expected results:

  1. ) You should not be able to see the loading.
