Thayer can't log in to https://bugzilla.allizom.org. It says that 'wthayer@mozilla.com' already has an account but won't accept my BMO password. Email is disabled so I can't get a password reset email.

Wayne Thayer can log in to prod Bugzilla just fine, but I can't get into the staging site - bugzilla.allizom.org

Emma: can you help me with this? I need to do some Bugzilla API testing but am blocked because I can't log in to bugzilla.allizom.org. Thanks!
