OK, different problem now...
With a new build (2002062608) and new profile, I cannot change the master
password.
Steps
1. In Preferences -> Privacy and Security -> Passwords, check "Remember
Passwords",
then check "Use Encryption". Asked to enter a new master password now and I do.
All OK so far. The master password I gave works, and so far seems to be working
normally.
2. However, in Preferences -> Privacy and Security -> Master Passwords -> Change
Password, the "Security Device" label at the top says "_blank" (can't see any
way to select a different one) and after I enter a new password the OK button
doesn't do anything. It becomes enabled after I start typing the password but
nothing happens when you click on it.

With this patch, clicking on change password from the Master Pwd pane correctly
displays the drop down list with all the available devices.

Adding adt1.0.1+ on behalf of the adt for checkin to the 1.0 branch. Please get
drivers approval before checking in. When you check this into the branch, please
change the mozilla1.0.1+ keyword to fixed1.0.1
