Details

We should be able to catch issues like bug 1543356 in WebRender rawtests (or wrench tests), as suggested by Glenn in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D28731

Basically, the test would create a window of size A, render something, then ask the window to resize to size B, read the contents back and compare with the same contents rendered to a window created with size B in the first place.
