This is found during rebasing.
Now we're supporting telemetry in socket process, so it might be an intuitive work here. Given changing the IPC interface of PHttpTransaction is needed, let's expose the conflict and explicit fix it.
During rebasing, I'll simply adjust in nsAHttpTransactionShell and un-use it for socket process case.
