When we will have a taskgraph ci or decisionlib adoption for mobile world, we should be looking into ways to standardize our hooks content. They are now different both in content and in naming across our mobile products (android-components, fenix and reference browser) and that prevents us to fully automate the generation of scopes.

Basically this is leftovers from steps 4 and 5 from bug 1519493.

Filing this bug to keep this under our radar as a future todo in Q2/Q3.
