1547993 - Clear site data for isolated browsers periodically

Now that bug 1320404 is being fixed, we will have a situation where isolated mozbrowsers used by devtools can leave data in the users profile with the isInIsolatedBrowser flag in the origin attributes field set to true which will not be accessible to regular browsing contexts.

We should consider purging this data periodically to avoid wasting disk space for users who use tools like Responsive Design Mode.

Would it be too excessive to just clear this on shutdown, perf-wise (I assume not)?
