Hi Anja!

I started building out the email and tagged you in the copy doc asking a few questions, but wanted to follow up here in the Bug as well.

• Do you want to test an alternate subject line w/ this send (i.e. subject line B)?
• Is the "1." supposed to be at the front of the pre-header?
• Do we have a link for the email yet?

Feel free to respond here or in the copy doc - whatever is easiest :)

Also, we'll keep an eye out for the header image.

Hi Anja,

We already use the Firefox logo in our standard email templates for all emails like a:web (in the upper-left corner above the header image) -- so to avoid redundancy, would you be able to remove the "Firefox" and logo from the image you provided and reattach?

Hi Anja,

Below are the results for the FF [a:web] S02E01 email that was sent to all Firefox DE subscribers on Wednesday, 5/8/19. No A/B testing was done for this particular send.

Campaign Results (Totals)

• Total Sent: 764,270

• Opens: 177,561

• Open Rate: 23.36%

• Clicks: 9,919

• CTR: 1.305%

Takeaways:

With a new season of [a:web] comes new levels of engagement. The open rate for this email performed better than the email of the last episode of season one. CTR is one percent lower this send, but with the progression of season two and a variety of new content, I expect that an uptick in the CTR.
