This has resulted in this test being disabled on aarch 64 over in bug 1548066. I am attaching the relevant logging from one of these runs on try.

Ok, the retriggers aren't working, just like in bug 1550691.

Any idea why aarch64 retriggers aren't being run?

Looks like they're sitting there pending. Maybe backlog given that they run on physical machines and Try pushes are probably lowest priority in that queue? Dunno, not really involved in all of that these days. Feel free to ping in #ci on IRC if you want someone to check.
