Steps to reproduce:

Initiate a file transfer/download.

Actual results:

The Save-As dialog pops up and is modal and thus blocks the entire browser and all tabs.

Expected results:

The Save-As dialog should not be modal and not should not block the browser or other tabs. The user should still be able to interact with the browser and other tabs without handling/dismissing the Save-As dialog.
