I'm on it, again. My bad. :/
The more of these we file, the more I want to add all the perma-failure tests to the flaky test list, so we can just ./run-tests --all-hg-versions
after writing a patch (instead of manually running all the different tests that may be affected).

The number of bytes served has changed after making hgmo
serve the 40-character SHA by default. It's not a breaking
change, so it's not a huge deal, but I'm still investigating
the cause.
