When images that are viewed in their full size, scrolling is very slow. Any of the photos in my photo gallery exhibit this behavior. Also, resizing the window becomes very slow. Scrolling on a PC using Mozilla 1.1a does not seem to exhibit this behavior. Running Mozilla 1.1a on a 550 TiBook with 1GB RAM on Mac OS X 10.1.5.
Maybe a dupe of bug 148598.
The slowed scrolling is most likely due to the fixed-position background. This is probably a duplicate of bug 90198. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 90198 ***
