Clean up of bugs with feature keyword but not enhancement bug type

Summary
These bugs have the obsolete feature keyword, but are not of type enhancement. We need to review them, update the bug type, and remove the feature keyword from them.
If you take this as a good-first-bug
I recommend downloading the list of bug as as csv file and import into a shared spreadsheet (such as Google docs.)
Go through each bug on the list and assess what type it should be (task, enhancement, or defect), entering that into the shared spreadsheet.
If you have a question as to what type a bug is, follow up with this bug's mentor using needinfo.
Once you've updated the spreadsheet and reviewed it with the bug's mentor, you'll update the bugs.
