Steps to reproduce:

I have found a number of mistakes in the Russian Holidays calendar, available on this link:

https://www.thunderbird.net/media/caldata/RussiaHolidays.ics

In general the calendar seems to ignore transfers of holidays which coincide with weekends. Usually they are tranferred to the next working day (i.e. Monday), but sometimes the government issues a resolution to transfer them to other days. For instance in 2019:

http://static.government.ru/media/files/RaPHbvWip9yaF5LQUCN4A6aYC6uZBUyw.pdf (Official document in Russian)

January 5th (Saturday) is transferred to May 2nd (Thursday)
January 6th (Sunday) is transferred to May 3rd (Friday)
February 23rd (Saturday) is transferred to May 10 (Friday)

Additionally, according to the article 112 of the Russian Labor Code the "New Year Holidays" are January 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th, but in the calendar it's only January 1-5, i.e. 6th and 8th are missing.

So I've made a corrected version by changing the New Year Holidays and adding the transferred holidays for 2019 and preliminary for 2020. Since there is no official resolution for transfers for 2020 so far, the general rule is to transfer to the next working day.
