From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020627 BuildID: 2002062713 When visiting sites whose titles contain Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters, the Windows title bar shows question marks where the characters should be. The tab title is still correct. My Windows title bar font is Trebuchet Sans MS. It should be noted that Internet Explorer, as well as all other applications, will render the title bar using proper CJK characters. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to location field 2. Type http://www.ggv.com.cn/product/indexWP.php and press ENTER 3. Look at title bar Actual Results: Title bar contains question marks where Chinese characters should be. Expected Results: Title bar should contain Chinese characters instead of question marks.
