User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Edge/17.17134

Steps to reproduce:

Uppon starting Nightly, I had :

xml parsing error:location: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul line number 31, column 1
%browserDTD ;
^

Actual results:

So after searching, I tried safe mode, fixing nightly, deleting profile, and reinstalling…
I still have the same problem, only difference is the error windows close itself shortly after appearing.
