Steps to reproduce:
I did nothing
Actual results:
A few days ago I got a message saying that some add ons are requiring more premission. I check on it and all my add ons were gone (15+). So changed accounts thinking maybe that would fix it (synching), but it didnt and now I cant install any add ons or install themes at all.
Expected results:
since I did nothing, this shouldnt of happened at all

Firefox developers are aware of the situation with AddOns and are working the problem. This is being tracked in bug #1548973.
