+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1549075 +++

Using the STR from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1549075#c12 on OSX, I can see there is no dark theme on OSX and my browser looks like https://i.imgur.com/041MrcF.png. I do not see any errors to help debug it (the browser console is also broken, but thats permanent / unrelated)

Jumped the gun on making a new bug for this, fix ended up being the same
