Steps to reproduce:

Installed a new laptop with Win7Ent x64
Installed Firefox Nightly 68.0a1

Actual results:

No addons from fresh start.
Tried to add Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin - Download failed. Please check your connection.

Expected results:

Addon added
Studies are enabled in Options
