Steps to reproduce:

I refreshed my Firefox:

1. Menu: Help;
2. Troubleshooting information;
3. Give Firefox a tune up: clicked on "Refresh Firefox" button.

Actual results:

A new profile was created, but my Add-ons Manager still lists no Extensions and only basic Plugins. Am unable to install new add-ons. The 1548973 study remains active.

Expected results:

My add-ons should have been viewable and interactable.

hi DragonSusie, refreshing firefox will remove all installed addons like stated at https://support.mozilla.org/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings and in the confirmation dialog before that action is taken.

so having an empty list of extensions in about:addons would be expected result after a refresh is performed...
