Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/66.0.4/releasenotes/
2. The "Desktop" hyperlink goes to Android release notes: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/android/66.0.4/releasenotes/

Similarly,

1. On the Android release notes page https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/android/66.0.4/releasenotes/
2. The "Android" hyperlink goes to Desktop release notes: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/66.0.4/releasenotes/

This looks like a general issue from what I can see. I see the same behavior on relnotes for earlier versions too.

Not completely. If you click the "Desktop" link, it now goes to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/notes/, which is the Desktop release notes of the latest version, not the version you are looking at. There are also similar problems for "Android" and "iOS" links.

That was on purpose. If you're already looking at the desktop notes for a given version, I'm not sure there's a point in linking to that same page, vs linking to the latest version.
