Steps to reproduce:

Needed to hand-correct "resolved study" patch date to 1556945257. Tried to reload any and all dozen "now-legacy" items.

Actual results:

White on Red Bar told me 'Fox refused to allow install

Expected results:

  1. the date change should have been corrected. Wasn't - push failed
  2. The other changes to .true had been made
  3. when I wanted to re-install addons from scratch, they should have.
    THEY DID NOT!

Grouping this with the other 66.0.4 related cases.

Thank you with your patience with the noise on this bug, there's a new one opened to track the 66.0.4 issue and I'm going to dupe all those to that one.
