Steps to reproduce:

For version 60.6.1 xpi directory exists:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/60.6.1esr/linux-i686/xpi/

but for version 60.6.2 it doesn't:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/60.6.2esr/linux-i686/xpi/

Hi Kev, can you please check whether this can be fixed? I'm looking at version 60.6.2 because of:

For the 66.0.4 release, we chose not to ship new language packs, since they depending on signing of addons and that added more risk than was necessary here.

The language packs built and shipped with 66.0.3 will continue to work fine for 66.0.4 - I encourage you to use the 66.0.3 ones for 66.0.4 if your build process makes use of langpacks.
