From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020626
BuildID: 2002062608
Carried over from bug 46877. CCing Eric Pollmann.
If the preference 'browser.block.target_new_window' is set to true, Mozilla does
not remember its vertical scroll position when using the Back button after
having gone to a link that would normally have opened in a new window were it
not for this preference setting.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to http://www.ntcompatible.com.
2. SCroll down the page so that you are obviously no longer at the top.
3. Find a news story with a link that says "Read more."
4. Click on the link.
5. Click on the browser Back button.
Actual Results: You are back at the top of the page.
Expected Results: Mozilla should have remembered its previous vertical scroll
position and put you back there.
