That's expected behavior since we shipped the dot releases sans the langpacks. And building the snap requires downloading them and shipping them to the snapstore. At this point, the best bet is to wait another week or so for us to ship 67.0

Scratch this, sorry for misinforming. We shipped langpacks for 66.0.5 (e.g. https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/66.0.5-candidates/build1/linux-x86_64/xpi/)
https://snapcraft.io/firefox also shows 66.0.5 so we should be good.
