In Android Q, you’ll be able to turn on dark mode from a quick settings tile or by enabling battery saver. This is active in the latest Q beta 3 right now, but you won’t get the full effect until app developers do their part. Firefox should follow the system wide setting.

We don't have a dark theme in Firefox for Android, there are not any major changes planned for Firefox for Android post v68. If you want a dark theme use Firefox Preview it should respect the Android Q settings.
