Follow-up from bug 1518172.

in OTR.jsm function max_message_size_cb contains a hardcoded list of values.

Patrick suggested to move those values to properties of the protocols objects, and query them from here.

Florian, what do you think?

Patrick also asks:

  • why are "irc" and "prpl-irc" treated separately, and suggests there is a dynamic algorithm available to calculate for IRC

  • several protocols are not supported by TB and could be removed
