When loading a page in a new tag, the Location area is blank until the page is
loaded..

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a URL in a new tab to a site which is slow, or slashdotted.
2.Switch to the new tab.

Actual Results:  The URL is not shown until the server has served the page.

Expected Results:  The URL should be shown.
"tag" should be "tab"
