1551290 - publish armagadd-on 2.0 hotfixes on AMO for self-install - to versions 61-65

Breaking bug 1550793 into separate bugs for ease of QA and publishing.

There are 3 add-ons needed in total to get the right combination of signature fixes back to legacy versions of firefox:

1. 52-56 - ready to ship
2. 57-60 - needs QA
3. 61-65 - needs QA

This bug covers Firefox 61-65.

The attachment to fix is called "Hotfix for Firefox 61 through 65 (signed)". That attachment is currently on bug 1550793.

A nit: the description on AMO for version 1.0.6 says "Works with firefox 42.0 and later" but since the extension uses experiments, I don't think that is accurate.

Otherwise, fixed?
