Tiny UI nit, the padding below the message "This WebExtension has a temporary ID. Learn more" is too big, which makes the message not centered.
This message is displayed when loading temporary webextensions.

Same issue with serviceworker's last fieldpair. Scope has 4px more space below compared to Fetch.
