WFM I have: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020628 The links in the menu on the left don't get sublined at all when the mouse is over them but only change color. Maybe what you are seeing is a shift in due to the font/screen res of mozilla?
Works for me, too: 2002063008 on Win2k. No underlines, but change of text color.

Yes, I can reproduce it with Mozilla 1.1 beta. But someone else already detected the 'cause' of the problem (and added requirement on bug 63336): I use a display resolution that is NOT a divisor of 1440 (twips per pixel, if I got it right). Please try yourself with a different dpi setting (preferences - appereance - fonts, at the bottom) and confirm the bug if you can.
WFM with build ID 20021001 on winxp, makring WFM Lapo please reopen if you can reproduce with latest builds.

It's a WFM with Mozilla 1.1 on WinXP. There remains a little glitch though; in the left menu bar, section "m4d Network", link "m4driving": it moves up or down 1px depending on the direction of the mouse passing over, if the mouse goes frmo up to down the link remains ok, if the mouse goes from down to up the text remains 1px up.
